I have used a Mongoose Lifter for more than 25 years, this new and improved one is great.
I wasn't sure I could adjust, or feel good, using one of the wrist braces. I was wrong. This is very comfortable and allows me to slow down, focus on my arm swing, and provides a consistent write position at release.
