I love the bag. It was a good purchase price. What I didn’t like was paying for an insured package with a signature required and waiting around all day to find out I didn’t have to sign for it. The five stars are for the bag only. You might want to check out your shipping policy a little more closely and cover what you say.

I purchased this as a Birthday gift for my grandson, who is an avid bowler. I haven't opened the box as yet but it did arrive in time for the birthday. I'm sure he's going to love it. With that 5 year warranty on it this grandma is happy.
